‘Words of Light and Power’ is a retreat for young adults (aged 19 – 35) taking place at Glenstal Abbey on Saturday 22nd October 2022 from 10am – 5pm.
Participants will discover ways of meditating on the Word of God through reading, chant, art and the prayer of the Rosary.
Contributions by monks of Glenstal include ‘Opening the Bible’ with Fr Columba McCann, ‘Hearing the Word through Chant’ with Fr Senan Furlong, ‘Seeing the Word through Monastic Art’ with Fr Luke Macnamara and ‘Meditating with Mary’ with Fr Jarek Kurek.
