Over the course of the year, we hold a number of retreat days at the monastery. These days are usually led by monks of the community alone or alongside others. During these days, you get some taste of the life of this place, and though arranged along specific themes, our aim is to Renew your Spirit and Refresh your Senses during your day here. Accommodation is not offered as part of these days but may be booked separately at guestmaster@glenstal.com
